Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Traditionally check-in is from 2.00pm and check-out is 10.00am. There is a key safe where keys can be left if you check-out early. An arrangement to leave keys in the safe can be made if you are arriving late. You will need to contact Munna Beach to advise if you are arriving after 5pm and you will be given a code for the safe and check-in instructions. If checking in or outside of office hours please contact reception on 07 5449 7966

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

There is a key safe where keys can be left if you check-out early. Arrangements to leave keys in the safe can be made if you are arriving late. You will need to contact Munna Beach to advise if you are arriving after 5pm and you will be given a code for the safe and check-in instructions.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

A late check-out can sometimes be offered. Please make your request at reception. Management reserves the right to charge a fee of $20 per hour for a late check-out at busy times.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Reception is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday 9am to12 noon. The office is officially closed on Sunday but Management is often there, and can be contacted at any time on the help phone at Reception or by dialing 9 from the apartment.

Q: Can I book local attraction tickets at reception?

Airport transfers and Hire cars can be arranged and booked at the office. Management can also advise and book for all local attractions. The cost can be charged to your account and pick–ups arranged. There is no booking fee payable for this service.

Q: What is Munna Beach's Cancellation Policy?

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit must be made to secure a booking.
If a tentative booking is made, a deposit must be paid within 7 days or earlier if requested, or the tentative booking will be cancelled. 

Low Season:
If a confirmed booking is cancelled more than 14 days out from check-in date, a full refund less a $50 admin fee will be charged. 

High Season and School Holidays:
A deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation must be paid at the time of booking and will only be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to check-in and a $50 admin fee will be charged.
If the cancellation is made less than 14 to 30 days prior to check-in, then the resort reserves the right to charge the value of one night’s accommodation.
If the cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to check-in, the resort reserves the right to charge 50% of the total value of the booking.

Q: How do I make a booking at Munna Beach Apartments?

Either:

Go to the Apartments Page and select the apartment that works best for you, then phone Munna Beach on 07 5449 7966 to check availability and confirm the tariff. Bookings made in this way will not be moved.

Or:

Go to any “Book Now” button on the website . Select Your dates and your booking will come directly to Munna Beach via the website. Special offers and current deals are available when bookings are made in this way. Bookings made in this way will be allocated by the software and can be moved at the manager’s discretion.

Q: Do you offer one bedroom options?

The one bedroom option at Munna Beach Apartments is created by simply locking down the rooms you don’t need. You have the enjoyment of the whole apartment but pay only for the use of one bedroom and one bathroom. This option is ideal for couples, and will be offered at certain times of the year at the Manager’s discretion. If the extra rooms are opened up and used by the guests then the price reverts to the published apartment rate.  Watch for one bedroom specials on the website, or inquire when booking directly, as to whether the option is available.

Q: Do you offer long term stays?

Yes, long stays at Munna Beach Apartments for up to three months or more, are sometimes available. No lease or bond are required, and the terms of the letting can be flexible. Rents can be negotiated according to the length of stay and the services included. Weekly servicing can be arranged and linen hired through the resort. These services can be included in the negotiated rent, or added as extras. Utilities can be included, or added to the rental. The apartments offered are fully furnished and equipped, and are ideal for people in transition. If you are moving house, renovating, newly arrived in Noosa, or wanting to spend a long stay in winter in a “home away from home” situation, then Munna Beach could be ideal.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Munna Beach offers a free public Wifi service.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes, one undercover car park is supplied and there is extra parking for a second car and guests on the property and roadside parking.  

Q: Does Munna Beach Apartments have lift access?

There is no lift access.  Each apartment is accessed by an undercover stairwell with landings at each level and substantial hand rails.
Contact us to discuss accessibility for special needs. We have ground floor and lower level access.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Quality bed linen and towels are provided

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

If your stay is longer that 7 nights a weekly service is provided. This involves a light clean and change of linen. Extra servicing is available on request and charges will apply.

Q: Is the pool heated?

The pool is beautifully heated and there is a sauna.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

The cafe and restaurant strip begins within metres of our door, with a myriad of wonderful choices.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

The local commuter bus runs regularly back to Hastings Street and Noosa Junction. The Ferry stop is over the road. The Ferry is an ideal way to get to Hastings Street and the beach at busy times.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Beautiful walks along the Noosa riverside, fantastic Main Beach and the lovely Noosa National Park.

Boat hire, kayaking, paddle boarding, sail boats, everglade tours, Fraser Island tours, fishing, seasonal whale watching, golf courses, sunset cruises, gondola rides are all at your doorstep, along with boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants and markets.
